The RAS system is a monitoring and control system for steam and condensate recovery systems in corrugators. It provides continuous heat transfer control with automatic alarms, traceability, automatic detection of individual heat transfer issues, siphon performance evaluation, remote steam system performance evaluation by the manufacturer, and remote software updates and upgrades. The system also includes a process control interface and is capable of providing statistical-based online preventive maintenance service. The RAS system is designed to maximize reliability and minimize the impact of problems on production, and to make it easier to detect and solve problems when they do occur. The system is installed in the control room and provides automatic monitoring and alarms to facilitate the surveillance of the corrugator's heat transfer performance and condensate recovery systems performance.
